  AVOID AT ALL COSTS.....I paid him 75% deposit to do a full house, only one room had been done when he text me if he could have another £300 on top of what I had already paid him as he was"short that week", I have been waiting 3 weeks for him to fit a lounge carpet having been let down 3 times with excuses ranging from "big job on...I'm sick...", finally agreed a date only for him to text me that morning "I want another 3 hundred as I'm struggling" and when I refused he then refused to fit the carpet !!! He has provided me with an itemised invoice which shows the work he has done only equates to 30% of the total job, and yet I've already paid a 70% deposit ????Total con-artist....SEAN DURKIN YOU WERE SPOT ON

  AVOID AVOID AVOID! Total con artist and biggest liar I ever met in my life! Takes full payment up front then just lies the whole time cancels last minute with pathetic excuses then when confronted will stand & shout at you in your own home, that was until my husband turned up then didn't want to shout anymore. Let's put this compulsive liar out of business. I cannot stress enough DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN.
